Heather Locklear Busted On Possible DUI

90’s TV personality Heather Locklear was taking into police custody Saturday night and booked under suspicion of being under the influence. The police found Locklear pulled over on the side of the road in Montecito, CA blocking any traffic from getting through. CHP - spokesman Tom Marshall says the arrest was made not because of Alcohol but because of a medication prescription Heather has been taking ( even though she couldn’t remember what it was called ) She was booked at 8pm and released without having to post bail.
The big news that comes from all this however is what will happen in the custody battle between her and Ex-husband Richie Sambora who is the lead guitarist for “Bon Jovi”, who was also arrested and booked on a similar charge back in March. But when Sambora was pulled over he had the couples young daughter Ava in the car with him, while Heather was by herself during her incident in Monectito, which is a wealthy suburb of California located about 90miles away from L.A.
Locklear is most well known for her roles played in Melrose Place, and Spin City staring Michael J. Fox. We will keep you posted and up to date with the future outcome of the custody battle and if Heather faces any serious charges from her DUI.
