If you’re into hard training and are looking for a complete multi-vitamin pack that has a good blend of vitamins/minerals/aminos/efas, then Universal Animal Pak might be right for you. Buyer beware if your not into swallowing pills then this product may not be for you as each individually wrapped pack has 11 pills.

What I think about Universal Animal Pak.
Having used Universal Animal Pak, I found it tough to swallow 11 pills. I would use the product with my first meal since multi-vitamins are best taken with food, your body produces more stomach acid thus helping you break down nutrients better. I didn’t use the recommended 2 training paks a day; instead I used a different brand multi to take with my evening meal. I found my overall energy levels were increased and recovery time was enhanced.
