		<description>Im 45yrs old-workout 5am 5 days week.take no explode before heading to gym.do not eat.is the no explode giving me enough nutrients or do i need to eat as well(or try another product-dark rage?).trying to stay lean but is whati am doing healthy.-I always have a whey protein shake immed after workout</description>
