Ways to Detox your Body
If you find yourself fatigued and low on energy from time to time you are not alone, many men suffer from symptoms that leave you feeling depleted. There are, however, sensible reasons why you feel abnormal and solutions to restore your natural body feeling. A body detoxifying program might be the perfect solution to restoring vitality to your body.
Reasons for fatigue and a low energy count can be found in an unhealthy diet, a lack of exercise, and low vitamins count, just to name a few. Some other signs or hints leading you to look into detoxifying your body include.
– Fatigue or low energy levels
– Recurring headaches
– Excess weight
– Powerful food cravings
– Gas and bloating
– Mood swings or Irritability
– Consistent bad breath, foul smelling stool samples
– Odd skin rashes
What is detoxifying?
Detoxifying is all about cleansing your blood; your body does this by removing impurities found in the liver, which is where your body sends toxins to be eliminated. When your body isn’t functioning at its full capacity then some warning signs can occur to let you know some change is in order. The examples noted above are some signs that your body isn’t running efficiently.
Where to start
Once you have decided that you are going make a change, you need to look at some key trouble areas that are affecting you. First you need to cut down on the intake of toxins going into your bloodstream, which means you will need to eliminate alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, processed sugars, tans and saturated fats. Another good idea is to minimize the use of personal health products such as deodorants and shampoos and look for natural made and organic alternatives.
Another trouble area leading to fatigue can be un-healthy stress levels; these could come from any number of problems such as work, children, money issues, high anxiety to name a few. Some ways to get around the stress include meditation, or joining a yoga class. Something as simple as learning the proper breathing techniques in meditation can help anywhere, at home or in the office. By doing this you can lower stress levels and release built up tension and feel a lot healthier in your day to day life.
Ways to Detox
There are many different ways to Detox, or how to properly follow a detox diet. The main goal here is to find a route that works best for you and your needs. Some diets include only drinking water or a beverage one day per week, while others try to flush out your body of all the harmful toxins and possible parasites.
From personal research experience, I believe the best ways to detoxify your body include the following:
-Entering plenty of fibre and whole grains in your diet (which include brown rice, fresh fruits, vegetables)
-Taking vitamins that you may be lacking.
-Drinking at least 8 glasses of water and liquids per day. Staying hydrated is a very big part of cleansing.
-Taking deep full breathes and focusing on positive thoughts when feeling stressful or anxious.
-Also, fend off a stressful day by taking a relaxing bath or shower, or even better swim a few laps in a pool.
-Maybe the most important factor is trying to incorporate a healthy exercise routine into your daily life, even if it is just a short walk to a park, or a bike ride around your neighbourhood.
