Chicago Bears name their opening day QB.

The Chicago Bears have named 4th year man Kyle Orton the opening day starter. This coming off a long hard duel between him and fellow teammate Rex Grossman that took place through training camp and two preseason games. Rex has never been a consistent starter for the bears, some days looking like a MVP candidate and others like the teams water boy.
The bears will again be relying on there defense to lead the way along with a chunk of the work load going to RB’s Kevin Jones and Matt Forte. Last year Rex Grossman threw for 1,411 yards - 4 TD’s - 7 Ints while Kyle Orton threw for 478 yards - 3 TD’s - 2 Ints.
Look for the bears to struggle this year and if they can make it to .500 that would be a huge step for this team.
