We’ve been inundated with tips from perturbed Nexus One users across the country (and even in Puerto Rico) suggesting that their T-Mobile data coverage is completely out of commission. Some users have reported that their SIM card pulls down data when swapped out of the Nexus One and into another handset, and both T-Mobile and HTC tech support centers have purportedly been slammed. At the moment, no one really seems to know what the issue is, but we have seen some reports from owners that their data is coming down just fine.

I know, the current song isnt as good as the old one, and doesnt match the video, but that offer didnt come around everyday. Mushrooms only need a little butter and they will cook great in they’re own flavorful juices. Mushrooms also go great in salads and all the prep time is slicing and throwing them in; So next time you need a little extra in a meal and don’t want to lose flavor try out some mushrooms, you will be pleasantly surprised.
Mushrooms are also known to boost the immune system, fight of viruses and other harmful fungi, lower allergy levels, reduce inflammations, balance blood sugar levels, fight and break down blood clots. There are many types of mushrooms, some healthier then others; here is a list of some of the top mushrooms
Prepared right any one of these types of mushrooms can be a super addition to almost any meal, they have a very low calorie count and can be a great friend in the fight for weight control.
There really isn’t any bad vegetables, but some are better than others. If your looking to lose weight stay away from some of the more starchy veggies like potatoes. However potatoes are a great vegetable if you are trying to build muscle and are active at the gym. Just like Bananas, Potatoes are also extremely high in potassium which helps with the rebuilding stage of torn muscles. Other veggies that should be in your regular diet include:
Tomatoes- This vegetable is truly amazing; from its anti- oxidants that help prevent cancers, to the enzymes that help break down foods for digestion, the tomato is truly a delicious helper (Not to mention thats its jam packed with almost all then main nutrients and vitamins).
Broccoli- Is a great source of fiber, iron, vitamins and diseases fighting anti oxidants. Broccoli is best served when its steamed for about 7 minutes and if your really not a fan of the taste then try it with a bit of cheese sprinkled over it.
Spinach- Pop-eye that crazy sailer was on to something pounding back all that spinach, the most vitamin rich vegetable of them all. Spinach can also help prevent diseases like arthritis, osteoporoses, heart disease and many forms of cancers. To get all the vitamins out of spinach your best bet is to steam it for 1-2 minutes from when the water is boiling.
Between these 3 vegetables you’ll cover almost all your necessary vitamins and minerals throughout the day, but be sure to eat a balanced diet and don’t skip out on your veggies.
